Better value than buying direct
Reseller partners can structure billing, terms and licence counts in ways a self-serve checkout doesn't offer: consolidated invoicing, flexible seats, and a commercial conversation with a human.
Desk Ridge handles the licensing, the migration and the messy DNS records so your team just opens a laptop and everything works. One partner for provisioning, deliverability and support.

Buying licences is the easy part. What costs you time is the migration, the DNS, the offboarding, and the ticket nobody can answer at 11pm. Desk Ridge takes all of it.

Mail, calendars, contacts and files move across from Microsoft 365, Zoho or an older Gmail tenant. We pilot a batch, verify it, then cut over out of hours.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC published, aligned and monitored — not left on a to-do list — so mail from your CRM, invoicing tool and helpdesk keeps landing in the inbox.
Real engineers on email, phone or a shared channel, plus a named account manager who already knows your domain. No tickets that reset every time you write in.
Nothing changes about the product. You get the same Google Workspace, admin console and Google SLA. What changes is who picks up the phone when something needs fixing — and who did the setup in the first place.
Every edition includes business email on your own domain, Gmail, Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides and Chat. The differences come down to storage, meeting features, security controls and compliance depth.

Google builds the platform. We make it fit your company — the accounts, the routing, the policies, the invoices and the person who answers when it matters.
We inventory every mailbox, alias, distribution list and shared folder first, then copy mail, calendars, contacts and Drive content with a delta sync so the last hours of activity come across too. Exchange, Zoho, legacy G Suite or cPanel webmail — same playbook, nothing lost.
Organisational units that mirror your teams, groups with sensible ownership, sharing rules that don't leak documents, device policy and mail routing. Configured once, documented, and handed over so your IT lead can take the wheel whenever they want it.
A new domain with a default SPF record is how good mail ends up in spam. We publish and align SPF, DKIM and DMARC, register every third-party sender you use, read the reports for a fortnight, then move DMARC to enforcement.
Drafting in Gmail and Docs, summarising long threads, generating slides from a brief and taking notes in Meet. We enable it for the right groups and set data-handling expectations so adoption sticks.
One consolidated invoice for every licence, in a format your finance team can file without a follow-up email. Add or reduce seats mid-term, get purchase orders and tax details right, and stop chasing expired personal cards.
Someone whose name you know, who has your domain layout in front of them and who chases Google's escalation paths on your behalf — including nights and weekends, when a mail flow issue can't wait.
Most teams under fifty people are live within a week of the first call. Larger rollouts get a phased plan with pilot groups, but the shape never changes.
Tell us your headcount, your current mail platform and anything unusual — shared mailboxes, a second domain, an office in another time zone. We recommend an edition, size the seats honestly and send a written quote.
Usually same working day
We create the tenant, verify your domain, build the org units and groups, then pilot with a few volunteers. Once that's clean the bulk copy runs in the background while everyone keeps working, and cutover happens out of hours.
Typically 3–7 days
DNS records aligned and monitored, 2-step verification enforced, device policy applied, admin roles delegated, and a short live session covering what people actually ask. Then your account manager stays on for good.
Ongoing support from day one
A default Workspace tenant is secure in the sense that Google's infrastructure is secure. It is not yet configured for your company. These are the controls we set before we call a rollout finished.
Published, aligned and validated across every legitimate sender — Workspace, your CRM, your invoicing tool, your marketing platform. DMARC starts in monitoring and moves to enforcement once the reports say it's safe.
Rolled out with a grace window so nobody gets locked out, then enforced organisation-wide. Security keys or passkeys for admins and anyone touching finance, with backup codes your team can actually reach.
Rules that catch card numbers, national ID formats and confidential labels before they leave the organisation — warnings first so people learn the boundary, then blocks. Tuned to your actual risk.
Least-privilege admin roles instead of everyone being a super admin, sharing rules that fit how you work, device management for phones and laptops, and an offboarding routine that transfers data and suspends access the same hour.
Three teams who moved to Google Workspace with Desk Ridge, in industries where email going down is not a minor inconvenience.
“We moved 140 people off Microsoft 365 on a Friday night and opened on Monday with every folder where it had been. Two support tickets all week, both answered in under ten minutes.”
“Our proposals kept landing in spam and nobody could tell us why. Desk Ridge fixed the authentication properly, walked us through the reports, and our reply rate recovered inside a month.”
“I have one account manager who knows our org chart and our audit requirements. That single fact has saved my team more hours this year than any tool we've bought.”
If yours isn't here, write to us and a real person will reply — usually within the hour on business days.
Request a quote and we'll share pricing tailored to your team size, the edition you need and the term you'd like to commit to. Because we're an authorized reseller, we can structure the commercials around how your business actually buys software rather than a fixed checkout page. Tell us your headcount and current mail platform and we'll usually come back the same working day.
No. We copy your data into Google Workspace while your existing platform keeps running, so nothing moves until the copy is verified. The MX cutover happens outside working hours and takes minutes, and a delta sync afterwards catches anything that arrived mid-switch. Your old platform stays read-only until you sign off, which gives you a rollback path you'll almost certainly never use.
Yes — identical product, identical admin console, identical apps and the same Google service level agreement. Desk Ridge is an independent authorized reseller: we sit alongside the platform as your partner for setup, licensing and support. We are not Google and we never speak on Google's behalf. You keep full super-admin ownership of your tenant, and if you ever move your billing elsewhere your data and configuration stay put.
Yes. Send us a note or use the admin console and we'll adjust seat counts, reflect it on your next invoice and make sure new accounts land in the right organisational unit with the right groups, aliases and device policy already applied. For teams that hire in waves we'll set up a provisioning template, so a new starter is configured in minutes rather than days.
We audit every system that sends mail as your domain, publish a correct SPF record that stays under the lookup limit, enable and rotate DKIM signing, then introduce DMARC in monitoring mode. We read the aggregate reports for a couple of weeks, fix whatever fails alignment, and only then move to quarantine and reject. Where it helps we add MTA-STS and TLS reporting. The end state: mail genuinely from you authenticates cleanly, and mail pretending to be you does not get delivered.
You get a named account manager and a support team reachable by email, phone or a shared channel, 24 hours a day, with a median first response under fifteen minutes. For anything needing Google's own engineering escalation we open and chase the case on your behalf. Routine work — new starters, leavers, group changes, aliases, device wipes, quota questions — is part of being our customer, not a separate engagement.
Send us your headcount and where your email lives today. We'll come back with an edition recommendation, a migration plan and a written quote — no scripted sales call, no pressure.
